Successful Payments: Payments for data bundles are final and cannot be refunded or reversed. Ensure your order details are correct before making a payment.
Customer Support: Contact our customer care for any issues instead of reaching out to MTN or AirtelTigo directly.
Order Accuracy: Double-check the phone number before placing an order. Incorrect orders will still be processed.
Delivery Times:
MTN: 5-30 mins (good network) or 60 mins-2 hours (bad network) AirtelTigo: iShare less7 mins, Big Time less 35 mins
Delivery Issues: Report undelivered bundles within 10 mins after order indicated successful.
Confirmation: Verify that customers have received their bundles. Complaint Requirements: Provide necessary screenshots when reporting issues.
Official Partnerships: We collaborate with MTNUP2U and AirtelTigo iShare and Bigtime to offer affordable data bundles.
Reseller Registration: One-time registration. Future changes may apply.
Legal Agreement Promotion Restrictions: Customers and resellers must not promote data packages on social media. Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made cannot be refunded. Order Restrictions: Do not place orders to:
